DH and I spoke briefly with an adoption attorney recently. She told us that the way adoption works in our state is that WE have to locate a woman willing to give her child up for adoption, and she (the attorney) buy medicine does the legal paperwork. Is that normal? I don’t even know how someone would go about doing that. If you have had experience with adopting, please let me know how it worked. Thank you in advance.
