My CPS Juvenille Dependancy Attorney says,( now that my sons been Adopted out and she no longer represents me in that case but still does for my daughter, whom Im getting back now thats she’s seventeen and they’ve had her since she was nine)to file a petition for an illegal adoption case to be heard. And says I have to do it and that she can’t because she is no longer my attorney in the case because he was adopted out. What I don’t understand is why she did’nt do that for us when it was happening and I was telling her it was illegal what they were doing.Because she works for them and was appointed by them and she was new to Calif. legal system. Should I also report it to the Legal board? I’m completely frustrated to have never gottten her to do anything I asked of her when she was supposed to and she is still my attorney for my daughters case.I filed a Marsdon (a form to fire your attorney) and they ran me in circles for three months acting like they did’nt know what it was and where to file it.What form for this illegal adoption is out there to file? I looked for this form everywhere and cannot find it anywhere in the legal forms or law books anywhere. Why is it that equal protection of the law is only for those that have generic drugs without prescription pockets full of money and when you don’t it’s that your rights are ecnored even if you do the foot work your attorney won’t do what you ask of them even if you ask them to tell you what to do so you can until the case they’ve already lost. My child is flesh and blood and he is a human not a peice of property that I should be able to buy back. So has anyone ever filed or even heard of an illegal adoption petition and if so do you have any case number to refer to or a form number or anything that will help my son and I?
