My ex husband is one of those “dead beat dads” who doesnt pay child support, is in contempt of like 5 other things that are all involving our son who is 6. I live in Oklahoma and by the state law, i can file for my husband to adopt my son in the process it will terminate my ex’s parental rights. i’ve maxed out all of my credit cards on previous lawyers and am totally broke. how do i go about filing for this adoption without an attorney?
