Question by followingmybliss: Do we really need an attorney to draw up a lease for commercial building?
My sis and I are having a hard time finding an attorney to draw up a lease for the commercial building we own and are leasing out. They either don’t do real estate, are too busy right now, or refuse to give us ballpark figure of cost unless I pay them a huge fee for a consult.

So, has anybody used a website to draw up your lease?? How can we add specific important details if I use a website?

Search “real estate attorney” and that should solve your problem
