Can a patent attorney practice patent law in a state where they are not admitted to that state’s bar?

If you are admitted to the bar in one state (ie Wisconsin) and then move to another (ie Washington) and are allowed to practice patent law by the USPTO, are you required to be admitted Generic pills whithout prescription to Washington’s bar prior to practicing patent law in Washington?
