I am trying to find an online forum where I can ask & discuss the issues surrounding the adoption of my niece. We have legal custody, but are not sure where to start in regards to formal adoption. I know I can visit an attorney (which I will), but would like to educate myself with some information that’s free first. Any suggestions of sites I can try??
